CAPEX Solar EPC

Own Your Solar Plant: CAPEX Solar EPC

You invest once and own the plant outright. We design it, supply it, build it and commission it, and every unit it generates is yours.

What CAPEX Means

Your plant, your savings, from day one

Under the CAPEX model your organisation pays for the solar plant and owns it. There is no long-term power purchase agreement and no tariff to pay anyone: the electricity the plant produces replaces power you would otherwise buy from the grid or from diesel generators.

Arrays Ingenieria delivers CAPEX plants end to end. We are an installation, EPC and civil company: we do not manufacture modules or inverters, so we are free to specify Tier-1 equipment from established manufacturers, or the makes your engineers or lead EPC have approved, and put all our effort into building the plant properly.

What you get

  • Site survey, load study and system design
  • Tier-1 modules, inverters and balance-of-system equipment
  • All civil works: pile foundations, RCC, boundary walls and fencing
  • Mechanical and electrical installation, earthing and lightning protection
  • Net-metering and DISCOM approvals, testing and commissioning
  • Handover documentation, and O&M support if you want it

Why businesses choose CAPEX

Owning the plant usually gives the highest savings over its life, because nothing is shared with an investor. A business that owns the plant may also claim accelerated depreciation under the Income Tax Act, which lowers tax in the early years; check the current rate with your tax adviser.

CAPEX vs OPEX

Which Model Suits You?

An honest comparison. We build on the CAPEX model; if you prefer OPEX, the developer you sign with can still engage us to build the plant.
